Why can't I track my order?Updated 2 years ago
After placing your order, it usually takes about 1 business day to fulfill the order and begin the shipping process. This excludes all weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your product is shipped and scanned by the carrier, which will be containing the tracking number.
If your item has left our warehouse and you have received your tracking number please contact the mail carrier for any address changes or questions regarding tracking.
